Explosive Tattoo has always maintained a strong dedication to safety, professionalism and integrity. Continuing with that tradition, and also adhering to all applicable laws have led us to instate the following shop policies in regards to piercing or tattooing a minor. These policies exist to protect the integrity of the artist and their trade; as well as ensuring that any one getting a tattoo or piercing done can be confident that it was done in a safe and clean environment and they will be happy with the piercing or tattoo in the long term.
In order to tattoo/pierce a minor, Explosive Tattoo requires a signed and notarized release form (Download HERE or by clicking the image below) and copies of photo ID & proof of relationship.
We will NOT tattoo/pierce a minor in inappropriate areas of the body (nipples and genitalia). Faces and Hands also will not be Tattooed on minors.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
